Skyring SDA is excited to announce the launch of its latest Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) development in the heart of Brassall, Ipswich. This brand-new property features five fully self-contained one-bedroom villas designed to provide high-quality living spaces for NDIS participants, along with two Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) villas to support residents requiring overnight care.
Purpose-Built for Comfort and Independence
The new HPS Villas are designed with the needs of residents in mind, offering a comfortable and independent living environment. Each villa is fully self-contained, featuring up/down benches, wide-doorways, private covered patios, and small yards, allowing residents to enjoy their own space while also having the option to socialize in shared areas. The development includes a shared gazebo and community garden, providing peaceful and accessible outdoor spaces for relaxation and community interaction.
Convenient and Central Location
Situated centrally in Brassall, the Villas offer easy access to essential services and amenities. The Ipswich Hospital is approximately 6.5 km away, ensuring that residents have access to medical care when needed. For everyday shopping and services, the Brassall Shopping Centre is just 1.7 km from the property, offering supermarkets, pharmacies, and specialty shops within close proximity.
